I would love to, but your customer service chat is only available during business hours and so is your phone service. And I'd kind of like to continue buying the Pocketspel that I was intending to.

I wouldn't be surprised if I tripped some kind of security measure since it's admittedly unusual for someone to start dropping a bunch of cash on handheld games, but it's not good customer service to silently ban/block someone with no way to resolve it outside business hours.

Especially, for that matter, without sending me any kind of e-mail to inform me of it, if I am in fact blocked.
