This is 100% Arrowhead. I could be mis-remembering, but I'm reasonably sure there wasna't a coding test and definitely no "do this on a whiteboard" questions during my interview. They asked gently probing questions to ensure I wasn't a BS-artist, but cared more about social fit.

When everyone is comfortable around each other yet passionate, drama and discourtesy simply don't arise. It's incredibly refreshing to be working for a company that both talks the talk and walks the walk when claiming to value people who have passion for their work.
