This is 100% Arrowhead. I could be mis-remembering, but I'm reasonably sure there wasna't a coding test and definitely no "do this on a whiteboard" questions during my interview. They asked gently probing questions to ensure I wasn't a BS-artist, but cared more about social fit.

The attitude here generally seems to be that if you're someone that folks at the company can get along with, the tech skills side of things tend to just work out. And not only are they absolutely right. The end result is a group of people who are open, honest, kind, and helpful.
When everyone is comfortable around each other yet passionate, drama and discourtesy simply don't arise. It's incredibly refreshing to be working for a company that both talks the talk and walks the walk when claiming to value people who have passion for their work.

As an aside, fostering a work environment where people are comfortable with each other is paramount: Without fear of petty reprisals, people will ask for the help they need. They'll give the feedback that others need. Problems that would otherwise fester are solved quickly.
