In all seriousness, there are actual untapped business possibilities here for people starting restaurants. Swedes love food from other countries. Like the actual availability of food from south of the border is minimal.

For that matter, anyone south of the Mason-Dixon line in the US should come here and start a proper soul-food restaurant. I just know it would be a big hit.
