Oh, jeez. I just found some unfortunate woman's ID card and bank card in the snow outside by Gullmarsplan. Handed both to a security guard. I hope she starts having a better day, it's got to suck to lose both your ID card and bank card at the same time.
But if you found the ID card could you not just look up thire personnummer and call then?
Being able to look up a phone number from a person number is not guaranteed, I don't think. I have to figure there's a reason why I've literally never received an unsolicited call on my Swedish phone number. Besides, the security guard probably knows more about that than me. :)
