I just want to know how companies are STILL force-feeding people unbelievable corporate horseshit justifications for outright abusive biz decisions. It's not fucking 1837, we're not communicating with fucking telegraphs - just one person needs to notice and it all crashes down.
There are countless modern examples of companies that actually manage to engage with their users in a positive and productive manner. @SlackHQ, @SpotifyCares, they all get it right - why do other companies like @Patreon get it so catastrophically wrong?
