@MojangSupport after the latest Realms outage, I lost roughly an hour of work. Is that supposed to be cool?

Well, I'd like to know what plans the company has in-place so that things like that don't happen again. Data loss is pretty bad.
I would also like to know if last night's outage was planned or unplanned, and if planned, where I could have gone for info to know about it
