$100M in SEK could buy an entire block of apartments. I'd buy them and make open crash space for all the open-minded nerds and geeks I know.

As it is, I'm just south of Stockholm and can host ~2-3 people at any given time. Lots of crash space. Just that, but on a larger scale.
