Hard to convey in a tweet, that was meant to show why a worker may be against a union. I'm on the fence personally ::shrug::

It's such a hard thing. Leverage against companies is such a good thing. It's sad when good mechanisms go bad :p
Meanwhile I've heard nothing bad about the software engineers' union here in Sweden. Maybe it's just a problem with unions in the US?

In this case it's the teacher's union, and my wife is a school psychologist.
