But the #1 question to ask would be what are you looking for if you sue them and can you get it by asking them?
What I want is for them to contribute point(s) of their gross revenue to the DU, and I don't think they'd bite.

Look at the Community page on Steam for it, apart from a few outliers literally ALL the screenshots are of MAME.

Basically, just because RA has a more permissive license than MAME doesn't give them carte blanche.
