@ComHemAB How do I report daily <5min outages? By the time I call support, the outage is over, so of course "we don't see anything wrong..."

@ComHemAB It's getting infuriating. Multiple times daily, new TCP connections just fail to open. A tech has been out, and didn't resolve it.
@ComHemAB And then to top it off, it's like pulling teeth to get an English-speaking customer service rep. What am I supposed to do?
