@Winicello Pac-Man, Sonic and Mega Man were in SSB Wii U precisely because Sega, Capcom and Bandai-Namco are independent third parties.

@Winicello Same with Solid Snake in SSB:B, Konami is a third party studio and can freely cross-license across platforms.
