Huge item rendering speedup. Regular creative screen was 200fps and is now 350, enchanted was 80fps and is now 250 on my machine

@TheMogMiner Hi Ryan, some friends and I play on a server and the on mode is false and my skin doesn't show up, its that intentional?

@TheMogMiner Before 1.8 snapshots we played and those with premium account would have skin, now that dont happen. Its a bug or intentional? -
