Does Sweden do rehabbing for common birds or not? I'm getting conflicting info and it's pissing me off how hard it is to get help for a gull

@DaMaloma Went out for lunch about 15-20 minutes ago and the bird was no longer there, so I guess it got rescued or it finally flew off.
