WTF is wrong with people? I was leaving the local centrum, and this old fucking guy was lecturing the beggar woman just inside the entrance, more or less blocking the entrance in the process.

When he told her to "gå", I lost my shit and told him "Nej, du gå, hon är välkommen här," at which point he started yelling at me instead. Not being *that* fluent in Swedish, I simply yelled "jävel" at him and kept walking, since he'd stepped to the side at that point.

Wish the story were more interesting than that. No "everyone clapped", no vindication. Just a sense of bitterness. I dislike the beggar problem Sweden has, but I like people who use them as an opportunity to abuse someone even less.
