Probably because they believe in free speech right until it's someone else using their own free speech to tell them to get fucked. Strange how that works.

Yup. "Free speech" is used as a dodge against criticism for being bigoted, transphobic, or generally crap, but the nearest dedicated Fainting Divan™ is on hand as soon as free speech is used to tell them so. I support their free-speech right to unsubscribe and fuck off tho.
