I want to play some sort of life/farm/adventure game but I have no idea what. I've played the hell out of SDV and My Time at Portia, so those are out. Kynseed isn't upbeat enough right now. Forager too hectic. Littlewood, too far along already. Not looking for 3D, so no Staxel.

Harvest Moon?
Was thinking about it, but it's also old enough to not benefit from the countless design/gameplay improvements in the genre over the past couple of decades.

Haven't heard of it. Platform? Part of the problem is that I'm sure I own at least a few titles that would meet the grade, but finding them among 2000+ titles in my Steam library is hellish due to Steam's awful categorization.
