(2/2) I don't know how to take the rise in null chars, if it's simply a fun diversion, if it's an expression of enby or ace nature, but in a somewhat paternalistic way I worry about folks going that route IRL, because I've done the mental calculus over the years, but... I dunno.

No worries I apperciate your input greatly ^^ honestly I am just happy the term is out there so someone doesn't have to explain a whole new thing when talking about oneself to someone for the 1st time. Hearing "what is that?" can sting and can be a whole thing in and of itself.
