A minor thing, at 10:40 it's described as a "cheap, ARM-powered SoC", but the SPG arch is unique.
Fiendishly unique at that: - It lacks byte addressing. The fundamental word size is 16 bits. - It has variable-length instructions. - Outside of PPU-related RAM, it's kicking around only five *kilowords* of general-purpose RAM, making the MK port all the more impressive.

It's thrown us for a loop just how downright many machines actually used the SPG24x and SPG28x series, too. Everything from TV-PnP games, to cheap multi-game tat, to several edutainment consoles (the VTech VSmile most notably). I count 148 systems in MAME, 118 working.
