I feel your pain... My own personal bane are gas-powered gardening power tools: leaf blowers are on top of that list. It's like living next to a racing circuit.
Most of the time, I don't really mind working from home on account of the pandemic. Then there are mornings like today, where for two hours now there's been enough banging and thudding going on that I think my neighbor has the American Tourister gorilla over to visit right now.

Same. Those're the flip side, frequency-wise. These residences are Swedish "radhus", so they're essentially townhouses with shared adjoining walls, so thudding and banging next door really carries. Both bassy thuds and reedy weed-whackers cut through my headphones like a knife.
