I really hope @Steam_Support answer my ticket today.
I've installed Steam on my new office workstation, but I can't for the life of me remember my password. And either due to previous security settings, or the number of games I have, I can't do a simple password reset.
They usually take two days to answer to me when I need help. Add to that that there's a sale coming up this week... things might be slower than normal.
All of this just because for some god damn reason I can't just password-reset my account like normal. What the fuck.
