I really hope @Steam_Support answer my ticket today.
I've installed Steam on my new office workstation, but I can't for the life of me remember my password. And either due to previous security settings, or the number of games I have, I can't do a simple password reset.

I'm not Steam Support myself, but my immediate thought is it might be the "Logging in from a new computer IP" that's tripping it - are you able to do a password reset from a computer/mobile device you have logged into before?

Yes and no, but mainly no. I tried doing the password-reset shindig, but at the end of it all, the Steam client told me that my account couldn't have its password reset normally.
