I don't like who I am. I don't want to be how I am. I don't want to be miserable, and I don't want to keep making other people miserable. I just don't know how to start, and it's pretty clear I can't do it on my own.
All I know is that I can't keep having roommates while I'm dealing with this. I need to be alone. If I can't get the help I need, then all I can do is ensure that I'm not around to make other people miserable. But I can't do that if doing that would put others out on the street.
I don't really know what to say except rather tritely that I hope you feel less terrible soon.
