Not having much luck, so I'll turn to Twitter: I need to model the Darlington pair from a ULN2003 array. The NPN BJT models I have available are 2SC1815/945, 2N3565/3643/3704/3904/5190/4401/4124/5210/6292, and BC237B/548C/817-25. Which would be the closest to use?

How detailed are the models? What behavior are you hoping to capture in the modeling? What load are you driving? (Relay, inductor, lamp?) Looking at the datasheet, I don't see anything really "special" about these devices.

Usually, 2N3904 is a good bet. In this case, I'd suggest 2N4401, since the current capability is a little higher.

For what it's worth, this is in an audio circuit (weird, I know). Driving 0-5V, tops, as some of the parts are CMOS. First linked PDF on this page, the audio board schematic is on the left half of page 29: https://www.arcade-museum.com/pinouts-game/9676.html …

The circuit model is going into MAME's netlist system, which is more or less akin to SPICE (to the extent that SPICE models for analog parts can be used in a pinch), as this arcade game used discrete analog circuitry for its sound effects.
