I think they maybe did though. Göran who isn't a risk group was offered to start booking vaccine slots at the start of this weekend even though he's under 50. All the spots go super fast though.
Sweden - Stockholm, at least, unsure about other läns - isn't even in Phase 4 yet. They haven't even started vaccinating anyone who isn't either at-risk or 50+ years old. So, yeah. Definitely still a pandemic on.https://twitter.com/ChuckWendig/status/1392903906376753154 …
