It's equally hilarious and pathetic. The series of videos uses completely free music for backing. The only remotely questionable thing in the first part is the Mother commercial, which falls *well* within the scope of fair use, due to the series's documentary nature.

But since CotGW has apparently been defunct for 4-5 years, there's nobody there to counter-claim the automated takedown. So, that's where we're at, as far as digital rights go in 2021. If you're a major publisher, just wait long enough and you can fuck up anyone's evening.

It doesn't matter whether you're in the legal right or not. It doesn't matter if someone's there to fight back against your automated bullshit. Just copyright-claim everything and fuck everyone up, because might makes right, right?
