You know what's even more cool as a Swedish teenager than riding a shitty dirtbike up and down neighborhood streets, shouting and screaming like idiots? Not doing that

Yeah. Their bikes are actually pretty cool, and it's a Friday afternoon, so getting hyped with some booze and music is pretty reasonable. Nothing wrong with any of that. My concern is that there are little kids and toddlers who play in the neighborhood who could get hit.
