Sounds like smth for a static site generator, the WYSIWYG part might lack but there are options where you run a temp server locally to edit and then generate everything statically.
That sounds pretty far outside my wheelhouse. My time is fairly limited these days, and I'd prefer to focus it on things like MAME rather than bringing up some local IT infrastructure to simply blog about MAME. It's great if it's a good fit for folks, just not me.
Well much of it is npm install (install node first) and some setup. Or maybe just go for some hosted thing?
(I think the idea with some of these static ones is that you can just push your data to github and use GitHub pages for hosting, so the setup is pointers and GitHub login)
