These machines weigh about as much as a boat anchor. I recently picked up an absolutely pristine Ultra 5 for exactly 100 EUR. Unless it's possible to ship something like that across the Atlantic for $120, it's still a pretty good deal. That's where I'm working from here.
An Ultra 10, by virtue of its tower case, would be even more astronomical to ship. I'd peg my personal upper limit on that to between 150 and 200 EUR. But if there's a unicorn shipping company I don't know about that can sling things over from the USA, let me know.
