That's one terrible yellow light. Some colors were made specifically for Crt. Isn't there any emulator nowadays that can at least translate better those colors?
Yeah, MAME has multiple shader backends, and the Genesis compat as far as games go is pretty decent these days, although there are some serial EEPROM games that still pitch a fit, and there's no multitap support. But call me when flat panels can emit as many nits as a CRT.
