@LinkedIn I've tried adding a 2FA phone number to my account twice. Both times I selected "Sweden" as the country (accurate). Once I put my phone number in with the leading '0' for local numbers, the other time I didn't. Neither time have I gotten the confirmation SMS. What's up?
For some potentially-helpful additional information: When I elected to receive the confirmation code via a phone call, it went through immediately and was received just fine. So the problem seems isolated whatever service you're using for sending SMS verifications in Sweden.
