Writing a wiki article as part of a push for technical documentation about an engine is one thing. But making an interesting YouTube video that will appeal to a broad audience is something else entirely. And highlighting the code flaw in a video is completely reasonable.
You're very much right. I never thought about it like that before. I feel like this has resolved the issue I've carried in my head since that thread.
Ah I apologize. Though hearing it from you now clarifies this a lot.
It's just a matter of context.
It's not a code flaw, it's an asset issue. Something that affects countless debug-only assets in games.
But if you're @AStartShow and making a video for broader consumption to make people laugh and go "ha ha bug go brrrr", nothing wrong with that.
