I'm not going to pretend to be something I'm not. I have some *really* bad days on social media. I'm trying to do better, and make those days less frequent, but it happens. But one of the internal company slogans is to assume positive intent. And I try to, to the extent I can.
It's something that lots of companies encourage people to do, but pathological hiring practices result in folks who are certainly *not* acting with positive intent. It's easier when you can at least lean on the rock of knowing they don't hire folks like that where you work.
