Oh hey, @Interxion_SE, y'all seem to be the current colo host of Binero, a company which was probably great at one point, around when I bought a hosting package back in 2014, but which it seems has since been passed around to damn near every IT speculator like a cheap prom date.
Hopefully one of you can maybe answer my admittedly cranky questions, since it seems that Binero sure as hell aren't.
Earlier this evening, I went to look up my FTP credentials, but realized it'd been so long since I'd had the site idling that I'd forgotten them all. So I went through the typical password-reset shindig. All was well, except when I punched in my new credentials, it didn't work.
When I intentionally put in incorrect info, sure, I was issued a banner telling me that my info was incorrect. But the correct info simply resulted in being put on the exact same login page.
I filed a support ticket and subsequently heard nothing. I've since tried to log in about an hour later, and it seems to work fine, except I never received any acknowledgement of the support ticket whatsoever, let alone to say that it has been resolved.
I should perhaps be very happy about this, but at the end of the day all it will result in is me more expediently shelling out another 800 crowns to you this year, along with at least being able to finally log into the FTP account associated with my website.
