Aha, what the game calls "Fullscreen" is actually "Exclusive Fullscreen". Switched to Borderless Window and it's streamable individually, with audio.

At what point did Google become such complete trash? Exactly 1 result before we get into weird scam-looking websites. I get different results and no scammy websites for that query. Once I had a malicious chrome extension that replaced my google results with weird scam ones, so maybe that could be going on?

Doubt it, unless uBlock Origin and/or SponsorBlock have somehow been compromised. Also, be aware that Google results can change depending on user and region.
