Having the group tabs was a godsend for me since I regularly have 100+ tabs open and since I've grouped it hasn't popped up again. I'd suggest you create a tab and then it'll see you've "learned" how. Might stop it reminding you
Is there a way to get Chrome to stop reminding me that I can group tabs together every ~5 or so times that I open a new tab? This is not good UX.
