I realize that I'm probably the only person in the world who enjoys AdLib/OPL3 music. But if there is anyone else out there who also enjoys AdLib please recommend me some games with good AdLib music.

No prob! It also makes phenomenal use of a 256-color palette, too. It's a criminally underrated platformer, in my opinion.
