Yup. The Internet revolves around blaming problems on someone else, with an added dash of grift. In some cases, the root issue does lie with another. But in many other cases, that's where these communities thrive - an echo chamber that relies on its members never moving on.
As painful as it is to say, this isn't an inherent aspect of communities on the left or right side of the aisle, either. In both cases, there are people out there willing to use your own pain to further their own grift, and it's despicable.

Yeah, exactly. Except there's a whole community somewhere on the Internet that will tell you that not only is the driver responsible for your totaled car, they're also responsible for your tax burden, male pattern baldness, and property taxes.
