Looking for a scanned copy of the Intel 82750PB Microcode Programming Guide. Doesn't seem to be on @bitsavers and Google turns up little else. Anyone?

Right, one of the i750 chips is either an 82750PA or PB, the other will be an 82750DA/DB. The former has either 512 or 256 words of microcode RAM depending on model, and will need a CPU core written for it once the full doc is found rather than the i750 overview doc.
