That looks damn good, Bas! What's in it? Looks like chicken stir fry with cashews, onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms on a bed of rice. What was the sauce?

I got the recipe from https://www.24kitchen.nl/recepten/kip-met-cashewnoten …, but the basic idea is sweet and savory soy sauce + white wine as a marinade+sauce. I added half a bell pepper and about 100g of mushrooms to the 2p quantity of the recipe above.
