Trying to get Windows CE 3.x booting on an emulated HP Jornada 720 has quite honestly been the most tedious thing I've tried to emulate so far. I have pages and pages of notes, yet am no closer to figuring out why the boot process suddenly goes sideways.

It isn't, but there's an executable-based installer for the HPC2000 SDK, which is the one I need. I'm downloading it now and going to see if it's possible to manually extract, because as much as I trust

Seems that WinRAR was able to extract it due the nature of the ZIP file format. Still glad I actually bought a license.
