Need some cooking advice. I bought a pair of entrecote steaks yesterday. The current weather situation isn't great for me firing up the grill out back. So assuming I'm stuck with just a stovetop and an oven, how should I best cook these beauties?

Full heat, salt and pepper, 2 minutes on each side, then 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven
