Right at the top of the window, you have this option to change the owner of the directory. I've done it multiple times without any issues. I'm not sure it will allows you to run the debugger as an UWP app can act differently.pic.twitter.com/a6XXsiCZta

It should at least give you access to the folder's content. (That's how the new icons were data-mined back then)
