Question for Minecraft Bedrock users who are adults, since most of the kids responding on the threads I've found on Google so far are dumb as a box of dog shit: When I try to launch Bedrock Edition on my Win10 machine, it bails with no error modal after the splash. What do I do?
Look at the screenshot, both drop-down widgets and all of the check boxes presented are grayed out, not interactable. Also, when I try to view the permissions in greater detail, apparently my access control entry is corrupt. Yet there's no info on how to fix that.pic.twitter.com/VdARtaa1dR

Rather than just spoon-feeding me information that doesn't end up working out, and forcing me to respond within a 280-character limit, hop in my open DMs. The situation is clearly not so easy or simple to resolve as a handful of flippant responses on Twitter.

Sorry to break it to you, but Douglas Rain died over two years ago. HAL-9000 is no more.

Right at the top of the window, you have this option to change the owner of the directory. I've done it multiple times without any issues. I'm not sure it will allows you to run the debugger as an UWP app can act differently.pic.twitter.com/a6XXsiCZta
