I feel like I should limit my kirby shitposts until I've played more. I've played the shit out of the NES one earlier this year but none others.
Kirby's Dream Land on the GB is a pretty good next step. It's tough as nails, but fun. I ended up playing the GB version first, then only ended up playing the NES version on an emulator some years later.
