Being an engine developer means the general public rarely sees or appreciates your work. You're just an unknown enabler, hidden in the shadows.

Not the same, but I was at Tiburon for a couple years, and was on the UI team for NCAA '08 and Tiger '08. 100% this. The amount of effort in each yearly update is enormous, it's just that "new lighting system for breathtaking dawn/dusk matches" isn't a back-of-the-box feature.

Don't respond to my tweets just to flog your aftermarket soft-mods. My tweet didn't even have anything to do with the original Xbox release of NCAA '08, I was referring to the full-fat Xbox 360 version. Go away.
