I feel you with the parents wheeling their children’s prams in the middle of the sidewalks. It’s not easy as you said. Anyway, it’s even more complicated try to engage with this when we received a lot of contradictory message from the government and the agency of public health.
I can understand to an extent, but I'm more interested in where the general public's doe-eyed obsession with FHM's regulations come from. There were contradictory messages from Sweden's gov't, to be sure, but to me the global message was pretty starkly clear.

Well, that’s true but as you can notice, a lot of people might be skeptical about the coronavirus itself and/or the regulations around the world. A second lockdown in almost all Europe, because is spreading wider than expected… Look at Germany today, for example.

Also, you have to take into account the “conspiracy theories”. How many people actually believe the coronavirus is not that bad. I’m not saying that’s fine, but those aspects are facts to considere.
