Well, absolutely nothing wrong with that voice and although a USB interface will improve the recording quality I think it's acceptable as is - have definitely heard a lot worse!! Mind you, only listening on phone speaker :)
It's a Blue Yeti mic, I just lack any sort of pop filter or shield, plus it's a fairly large living room with a lot of hard surfaces. The DC-DC interference from the computer's PSU doesn't help either.
