MAME developers, along with every other emulator developer, generally work on a shoe-string budget, if they have a budget at all. If they work on what you want to work on them, that's amazing. If they don't, then sit back and shut the fuck up.

Hi. Not pressuring regarding saidaioujou as I own the 360 port and really happy with it. My question is : isn't Cave itself who threatened the peoject regarding this game specifically?

The removal request was for the CV1000 driver in general, presumably because they felt it threatened the profits of their ports. The point is no longer a relevant one, as to my knowledge, Cave themselves went under a while back regardless, and the ports have all since come out.
