Hey @infra_open, I just got a call from one of your support reps asking how I think the company did with the fiber installation here in BRF Silfverdalen, Skogås. Since I'm not sure she had enough room to enter my opinion into whatever app you use for feedback, let's take it here.

I could deal with that, since I had faith that it would be made right, but that phone call from one of your feedback reps pretty much shattered that illusion, when she made the suggestion of "go and buy a bag of grass seed once it's spring, and try throwing some on the ground".

Are you people serious? First of all, there's no Bauhaus or whatever within easy walking distance of BRF Silfverdalen. Second of all, there's no guarantee that every resident in the BRF would buy exactly the same brand of grass seed, leading to an ugly, patchy mess.

Third of all, there's no guarantee that we'd cast the grass seed out at the same time. Fourth of all, that answers nothing about how the common areas, which also had trenches dug, which are owned by the BRF but not by a specific resident, would be handled.

Lastly, I'm a programmer, not a gardener. I signed up to get fiber, not to get to do gardening come spring time. Seriously, is this your business model? Just completely screw up peoples' properties and then say, "Welp, you're on your own, contractual obligations fulfilled"?
